Bob Troia - Founder and CEO
Bob brings more than 15 years of experience in marrying marketing and technology in innovative ways that allow consumers and brands to share their passion for each other.

Previously, Bob co-founded and was Director of Technology at Olive - a prestigious boutique branding/interactive firm that was ranked among the top 100 U.S. interactive agencies - where he worked with a diverse range of clients such as MTV, Pfizer, Crunch Fitness, HBO, Comedy Central, Bayer, AMC, Insound, and SmartMoney.
Prior to Olive, Bob was a senior technologist at ICon CMT (later acquired by Qwest Communications), where he delivered strategy and key technologies to clients such as Bear Stearns, United Airlines, SportsFan Online, and Associated Press.
Before Icon CMT, Bob helped establish Poppe Tyson (later acquired by Modem Media) as one of the first global interactive agencies in the world. There, he co-developed online strategies and award-winning web-based applications for the first online efforts of clients such as IBM, Minolta, the "Got Milk" campaign, Valvoline, Chase, Dean Witter, Nation's Restaurant News, PhRMA, and Toshiba.
Bob frequently speaks on the topics of word of mouth and social media marketing (most notably at the inaugural Word of Mouth Marketing Summit) and is actively involved in several World of Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA) councils, having helped draft WOMMA's original ethics code of conduct.
Outside of the office, Bob can be found playing bass in an up-and-coming indie rock outfit, competing on the soccer pitch, and attending Mets games. A graduate of Penn State University, Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural and Biological Engineering.

Warren Ackerman - EVP and Principal
Warren heads up Affinitive's San Francisco office and is responsible for client services, services innovation and business development. His accomplished track record of marketing brands, products, and services has been instrumental to Affinitive's development since he joined as Affinitive’s first employee in 2003. >> more
Prior to joining Affinitive, Warren held digital marketing positions in New York, San Francisco, Hong Kong, and Sydney; including roles with Merrill Lynch, China.com, Ticketek Australia, and Warner Brothers. Client experience includes innovative and award winning work for Disney, General Motors, Ubisoft, E.&J. Gallo, Random House, and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.
Warren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Vermont and is passionate about exploration, adventure and his growing family.

Patrick Courtney - Account Director
Patrick leads Affinitive's account team and is responsible for strategy and analytics. His leadership across a diverse roster of clients has helped earn the Affinitive team and its clients recognition in the industry as innovators and experts in digital and social media marketing. >> more
Patrick approaches each client engagement from a strategic and analytical point of view, focusing on the "sweet spot" where marketing meets analytics to produce meaningful and measureable marketing programs.
Prior to joining Affinitive, Patrick was responsible for audience development at Forbes.com. Additional agency experience includes marketing with Special Ops Media (now LBi) for Universal Studios Home Entertainment.
Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Millikin University and loves working out, playing poker, and a nice beer.

Rob Marscher - VP of Engineering
Rob leads Affinitive’s development team and has been instrumental in architecting and scaling Affinitive's social platforms and related technologies. >> more
Rob holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Boston University and worked at IBM before joining Affinitive. He is also a professional keyboardist and has performed all over the world and on TV with Matisyahu and other bands. When not on tour or buried in code, Rob lives near the beach with his wife and two daughters.
