Bob Troia - Founder and CEO
Bob brings more than 15 years of experience in marrying marketing and technology in innovative ways that allow consumers and brands to share their passion for each other.
Bob oversees Affinitive's strategic vision and the evolution of the company's best-of-breed marketing and technology-related solutions for Affinitive’s clients. more
Previously, Bob co-founded and was Director of Technology at Olive - a prestigious boutique branding/interactive firm that was ranked among the top 100 U.S. interactive agencies - where he worked with a diverse range of clients such as MTV, Pfizer, Crunch Fitness, HBO, Comedy Central, Bayer, AMC, Insound, and SmartMoney.
Prior to Olive, Bob was a senior technologist at ICon CMT (later acquired by Qwest Communications), where he delivered strategy and key technologies to clients such as Bear Stearns, United Airlines, SportsFan Online, and Associated Press.
Before Icon CMT, Bob helped establish Poppe Tyson Interactive (now ModemMedia) as one of the first global interactive agencies in the world. There, he co-developed online strategies and award-winning web-based applications for the first online efforts of clients such as IBM, Minolta, the "Got Milk" campaign, Valvoline, Chase, Dean Witter, Nation's Restaurant News, PhRMA, and Toshiba.
Bob frequently speaks on the topics of word of mouth and social media marketing (most notably at the inaugural Word of Mouth Marketing Summit) and is actively involved in several World of Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA) councils, having helped draft WOMMA's original ethics code of conduct.
Outside of the office, Bob can be found playing bass in an up-and-coming indie rock outfit, competing on the soccer pitch, and attending Mets games. A graduate of Penn State University, Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural and Biological Engineering.

Warren Ackerman - EVP, Director of Client Services
Warren heads up Affinitive's San Francisco office and is responsible for business development and program innovation. Warren brings more than 10 years of interactive marketing experience to Affinitive from companies based in New York, San Francisco, Hong Kong, and Sydney. more
His accomplished track record of marketing brands, products, and services has been instrumental in Affinitive's development since he joined in 2003. Warren has a deep and instinctive knowledge for delivering innovative and successful projects, qualities much valued by Affinitive's clients.
Prior to joining Affinitive, Warren held interactive marketing positions on both the client and agency sides, including roles with Merrill Lynch, China.com, Ticketek Australia, and Warner Brothers. Agency experience includes interactive marketing for Disney, Cingular, Citibank, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Apple Computer, and Universal Pictures.
Warren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Vermont and is passionate about travel, adventure, and his growing family.
