We worked with Affinitive to generate awareness and a fan community for our video game Darkwatch. It was new and unique I.P. as a vampire-Western shooter, and it was coming from a brand new game studio. We knew we needed to be creative in the way we marketed the game. Having an interactive online community was ideal because it helped us connect with a core audience who were drawn to the concept, and they quickly became evangelists for it. Affinitive had many inventive ways of interacting with our fan base to keep them, as well as us, active in the community. We could tell the fans really enjoyed the experience, and the word of mouth it generated for our game was amazing.
